2021 Gem, Mineral & Jewelry Show
(53rd Anniversary)
The 53rd Annual Columbia Gem & Mineral Show will be at the Jamil Temple (206 Jamil Road, Columbia SC 29210) Friday November 19th (10 am to 6:00 pm)
Saturday November 20th (10 am to 6 pm)
Sunday November 21st (12:00 noon to 5:00pm)
2021 Admission $5.00 adults-coupon here
children 16 and under free with paid adult
All military and their dependents are free
3-Day Pass $10.00
Dealers
In 2021, there will be many dealers and they will have an enormous variety of materials from rough and cut gemstones, beads, fossils, finished jewelry, wire wrapping, lapidary supplies, and excellent mineral specimens. We will have dealers that carry Amber, Jade, gold, all precious gemstones, and several jewelers who can complete special orders, and much more.​

Geodes, Salted Mine & Grab Bags
CGMS will have geodes for sale ($1.00 per ounce uncut) at the show entrance. We will let you select and we will cut the geode for you. Geodes may contain quartz, amethyst, smoky quartz, calcite. (No one knows what may be hidden inside!)

We have a salted mine where for $1.00 a scoop, you can find crystals, fossils, rocks and minerals. You can “dig” for treasures that the Gem club provides and where they came from.
​
Grab bags for $1.00, $5.00 and $10.00 that contain a wide variety of materials that we collect on our field trips and members provide for the Show. You can find almost anything (including small jewelry pieces, shark’s teeth and small fossils).

​The 2021 Grand Show Door Prize will be a silver cuff bracelet with blue topaz cabochons on the end donated by Pamela's Jewelry. You do not have to be present to win.
